Delivering quality healthcare has always been the priority for the management team at Rajagiri Hospital. It is thus no surprise that the Department of Quality Systems was established at the very outset of the institution. The aim was to create and sustain a process-driven system that ensured patient safety by adopting evidence based practices and clinical protocols.
