I underwent my knee replacement surgery at Rajgiri Hospital, Aluva recently. Mere words are not enough to praise and thank Dr Murukan Babu and his team which includes Dr Libin, Vipin, Thomas and in the anaesthesia department Dr Kevin and Neetu.
Dr. Murugan Babu is a genius, well adept in whatever he does and more importantly, a down to earth person. I am fortunate that Dr Murugan Babu himself installed the implant, and as aptly stated by Dr Libin, the surgery was a perfect 10 upon review of the post surgery X-ray. Dr. Murugan Babu's kind attitude towards patients from all walks of life flows down to his team of doctors and the support staff. I am glad that I took Dr Kevin's advice on board to undergo this surgery at Rajgiri rather than in Hyderabad.
The whole process was a breeze, very well coordinated by Sheeja, the unsung heroine and I could walk in and out of the hospital on the 4th day without any hassles.The staff at Rajgiri hospital are kind, polite and friendly, especially nurses in ICU Ortho where Alpha, Nandu and others took care of me post surgery.Overall, the doctors, nursing and support staff are at your beck and call, be it in the middle of the night to serve and care for you.The hospital is clean, well kept and professionally run, felt like I was living in a five star hotel and treated like a VIP. Re the costs, they are reasonably priced and comparatively cheaper than the big hospitals I went into before locking on Rajgiri.
Kudos to everyone at Rajgiri Hospital, keep up the exceptional work, and I will come back ONLY to Rajgiri if ever I have health issues in the future.
