The nearest railway station is Aluva Railway Station which is 6 Kms from the hospital. Car Parking

Free car parking area is available within the hospital campus. Buggy services (Timing) will be available for the self-driven car drivers to commute between the parking area and hospital lobby. Valet service (Timing) at the main entrance is provided at nominal charges.

Patient Care Assistance

Patient Care Assistants will be available at the main lobby for transfers in wheelchairs / trolley. Chaperone Services (Timing) are available for patients who require full time assistance with wheelchair / trolley. The charges for the Chaperone Service starts at Rs. 350/- for two hours onwards.

Unique Hospital Identification Number (UHID)

All patients who have not visited the hospital earlier for consultation are required to get themselves registered at the Registration Counter. A Unique Hospital Identification Number (UHID) will be created for all future references. The Help Desk team will help you locate and assist in filling the details in Registration Form to be submitted at the time of registration process. Carrying KYC documents will help in registering with accurate details. If you already have consulted in the hospital and have the Unique Hospital Identification Number (UHID), you can directly visit the concerned OP reception for initiating the billing

Patient Flow

The Help Desk staff will give you necessary guidance in locating various service in the hospital. Vitals needs to be captured mandatorily before the consultation. After the billing, kindly report to the staff assigned to take the vitals before waiting for the Consultant. A few Consultants require you to undergo a Pre Consultation Assessment by a Physician Assistant to capture the history and current medical conditions. Kindly cooperate with the process. If doctor has advised to review with any investigation reports, schedule your appointments to the time slots after the time at which the investigation reports are expected to be available. In a normal scenario the consultations are expected on time. There could be possible delays due to unscheduled events that are not predictable which includes higher number of Inpatient Consultation to be completed, priority to be provided for vulnerable, International patients and unscheduled procedures / emergencies. For post discharge consultation, kindly review instructions given in Discharge Summary regarding necessary test and consultations to be performed.

Home sample collection

Radiology Images

If you carry the Radiology images which are taken from outside Hospitals / Scanning Centres and if available in CD / Pen Drive, the same needs to be uploaded to our system for the Consultant to view the images

Modes of Payment

We accept all modes of payment except bank cheques. In case of cash payments, the transaction amount is limited to INR Two Lakhs per bill in accordance with the IT rule no 269ST of Income Tax Act 1961. ATM counter is available in the ground floor main lobby as well as near the exit gate of the hospital.
