Gastroenterology department staff is very helpful and good service.Really appreciate the staff in the department but we suggest improving the speed at the radiology billing and counter which tends to be very slower compared to to other departments this is only suggestion for improvement and not a complaint.Once again thank you for team gastroenterology.

I had a chest problem for a long time and we couldn’t figure out what it was until I came to Rajagiri Hospital. After undergoing tests, it was diagnosed as calcified arteries. The very next day, the issue was successfully treated by Dr. Blesson Varghese, an outstanding cardiologist. He is not only highly skilled and professional but also one of the most kind and down-to-earth doctors I have ever met. After the procedure, he personally explained everything to my sister and husband — what was done, how to recover, and how to prevent future issues. I am deeply grateful to him and pray that God blesses him with a long life to continue helping others in need.The CCU team deserves special recognition. Their care and attention are beyond words — it truly feels like each nurse is dedicated to just one or two patients. They are always present, checking on the smallest needs, and never once did I see anyone with a long face or reluctance to help. Their kindness and patience make such a difference.The Executive Suite we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff looking after us were polite, attentive, and professional, making the stay smooth and stress-free.The cleanliness of the hospital overall is excellent, and even the support staff who assist with transfers between wards or other services are genuinely kind and caring. I cannot find a single negative point to mention about this hospital , everything is managed to the highest standard.As an international patient, I was given priority for tests and check-ups, which made the entire process quick and hassle-free. The food service is also excellent. Meals are hygienically packed, well-covered, and very tasty.Special thanks also to Mr. Cris, who was always ready to help and guide us, and to Eldho Markose, for being there for us throughout. The front desk team also deserves appreciation for their constant support and bright smiles.Rajagiri Hospital truly stands above the rest. my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the exceptional care I received.

Her expertise and kind demeanor have been truly commendable.In the Dermatology Department, special thanks to Dr. Preethy Harrison for her professionalism, patient-centered care, and thorough guidance. Her attentive consultations and empathetic approach reflect the department’s commitment to excellence.I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of the support staff, particularly Ms. Sheeba and one more support staff same designation as Sheeba chechi whose name i don't recall but definitely can’t avoid appreciating, whose efficiency, patience, and caring attitude created a positive and comfortable experience. Additionally, Mr. Basil in the Dermatology Department deserves recognition for his helpfulness, dedication, and consistent support also preethy maam’s support staffs.Also taking a moment to appreciate Mr.Sebastian MP for his assistance and support.I had also experience a wonderful pregnancy time with OBG -GYN department. Dr Raji Raj had made me feel so comfortable, also the admission team Ms.Manju for doing timely assistance in allocating room.The Nursing wing in both LR and 5T1 did an outstanding patient care.I recovered so easy with post c-section was with the love and care gave by the nurses.I will never forget how happy they made me feel with their gestures .The F&B team and security team also deserves appreciation.Thank-you once again even-though the admission happened on March 2025 Im excited to share my experience even now.Overall, the departments have demonstrated outstanding teamwork, care, and professionalism. I sincerely appreciate the effort, warmth, and commitment shown by all.
