I brought my mother to Rajagiri Hospital. We are from the Sultanate of Oman. She came for knee surgery on both her right and left knees. The hospital deserves more than five stars. The reception, welcome, and services were excellent and efficient. The staff, may God bless them, were wonderful. The translators, Rajina,Hashim and jyothish , were incredibly helpful. Our recent hospitalisation and urological treatment at Rajagiri hospitable has been commendable. Coordination by Jeethu from the international desk was exemplary. Even prior to visiting the hospital she was helpful with prompt information and very patient with our multiple queries. The moment we stepped into the hospital she was there to assist us with everything and supported us until we were handed over to admissions. She gave us a clear idea of the processes of admission, discharge, final bill settlement etc.which made us prepared and informed, leading to a hassle- free hospital stay. During our stay and during discharge and post discharge too, Jeethu was very helpful in getting the documents we needed completed promptly.

Today, during a very stressful emergency, when my baby was unwell, I received immense support and guidance from Liji chechi, one of the staff in the pediatric department. This is not the 1st time im getting support from her. She is truly a good human being. With her timely help, I was able to consult the pediatric doctor without any confusion or delay. She was extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, which gave me great emotional strength during that difficult moment.I will always remain grateful for the care, support, and kindness shown by Liji chechi.I am also truly thankful to the pediatric doctor, Dr.Sereena, for her calm, caring, and professional approach. Her gentle treatment and reassuring words helped me feel at ease as a parent.Overall, as a parent of 3 kids I'm happy with the pediatric department, especially with Liji chechi and Dr.Serena.

I did knee replacement surgery in rajagiri hospital by Dr. Murukan Babu. We were very tensed about doing surgery on both knees because my knee was in very bad condition. But Dr. Murukan gave us the confidence to do the surgery. He is very very cool doctor and was very confident in me. Even after surgery i asked him about my knee and he said everything is fine. I believe he really has hand of god. My condition was that bad and he made it correct. I started walking now. All the ortho team was wonderful in taking care of the patients. Nursing staff is very caring and compassionate. ICU staffs were very loving and i feel relaxed after surgery.

My mother, Renny, underwent a brain tumour surgery in February 2025, which was successfully performed by Dr. Jagath Lal Gangadharan and his team. The procedure was extremely high-risk and lasted approximately 8–9 hours. Today, seven months later, my mother is healthy, happy, and leading a normal life, for which we are deeply grateful.This period was one of the most traumatic experiences for both my mother and our family. However, Dr. Jagath’s clear explanations, calm approach, and constant reassurance played a crucial role in helping us navigate this difficult time. His professionalism, dedication, and compassion gave us immense confidence and strength throughout the journey.Post-surgery, my mother was admitted to the third floor for nearly two weeks. The nursing staff were exceptionally professional and provided not only excellent medical care but also strong moral and emotional support during her recovery. The housekeeping staff ensured the highest standards of cleanliness around the clock. The floor supervisor was always attentive, ensuring everything was in order and regularly seeking feedback, which made us feel truly cared for.

I recently underwent plastic surgery to reattach my left thumb, which had been completely severed. The Plastic Surgery department did a phenomenal job during the complex, 7-hour procedure. I am now healing well and am on the road to a full recovery.I want to extend a special thank you to Dr. Geley and Dr. Praveen, Dr. Ibsa for their incredible skill, patience, and dedication. I am deeply grateful to them and the entire support staff for their care.I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown to me during such a scary time, especially by the nurses in the Surgery ICU. Dr.Lekshmi was very professional in explaining the benefits of the various ayurveda treatment modalities available here. This ignited an interest in me to opt for a relaxation massage which I personally felt was professionally done. Recently, we visited Rajagiri Hospital from the Maldives, and I observed something truly valuable: the presence of a dedicated Maldivian Desk to assist Maldivian patients.
