I have been going to Rajagiri hospital for gastro consultation for the past three months and the treatment that I've been getting there is very good.
Dr. Ajit Tharakan, my consultant listens patiently to what I say and no unnecessary tests were asked for The medicines provided are minimal and have worked well so far.
Ms. Shailaja AP, the nurse stationed there is also very helpful and courteous.

Overall: Excellent care and support. Had two family members treated here over past year. Very satisfied.
Medical care: Excellent doctors and great nursing staff. Had to admit two of my immediate family members for surgery here over the past year, both recieved good pre and post operative care. The doctors were clearly very experienced and very professional. We were clearly explained the need for the particular surgical procedure and the expected time for surgery and the recovery details etc.
The nursing staff were very helpful and kept continuously monitoring the patient with room visits at regular intervals.
Rooms: We got individual room in both the cases. The rooms were very well appointed, neat and clean.
Canteen and food: The patients can get food in their rooms as per the dietician's ( the dietician will visit the patient and list the recommended diet plan depending on the patient's health condition) recommendation. The bystanders can have food from the restaurant in the basement ( quite well appointed with both veg and non vegetarian options at reasonable rates). Snacks are available at almost all the floors
Insurance support: Excellent. We have medical insurance from a leading private health insurance company. The entire insurance processing was taken care of by the hospital staff, I needed to spend only about 10-15 minutes with them to confirm all the details, that's all.

Today was my first review after my surgery on July 22nd, and I have no words to express my gratitude to the ENT department, especially Dr. Raju George – amazing with his friendly approach and professional behaviour (I’d like to call him Captain Raju George). Dr. Afsha Rajan, who did my second procedure today, was extremely professional and gentle – like a caring LP school teacher, truly admirable. The customer care experience my parents were given was extremely top notch. I was given recommendation by a Ugandan who received good treatment and he advised that I try India in particular Rajagiri to manage prostate cancer that's in stage 4.Chris gave me the comfort that they would take care of my parents and there was no need to worry. Rajagiri you are very very very exceptional. A very big thank you to Chris and his colleague, the driver that picked and dropped them at the airport for the tremendous job that you do with a lot of passion and care.
