I would like to write about Rajagiri Hospital for its professionalism, compassion, friendliness, genuine care, and attention to detail in the healthcare sector. We have been to this hospital for my dad’s knee replacement surgery in the month of Aug’25. The surgery was planned by Dr. Murugan Babu, Head of the Spine and Orthopaedics Department. The pre-consultation process was so smooth with the professional and friendly staff of this department, and Ms. Shija was extremely helpful in coordinating with us from overseas.The admission process was seamless, with Ms. Sona and her manager guiding us efficiently through the insurance pre-approval. The rooms were super clean, well maintained, cleaned twice a day, and even fumed on the days of surgery. The surgery itself was carried out in a segmented and thoughtful approach considering my dad’s age, with excellent support from the operation theatre staff, JRICU, 7th-floor nursing team, physiotherapy, canteen, cleaning, and food services. The hospital also offers a variety of food outlets to suit different preferences, ample parking space, and even a buggy service between the hospital lounge and secured parking area. The discharge process too was handled very professionally.The surgery and recovery went far beyond our expectations. I did shoulder surgery by Dr. Sujith Thampy. His treatment was excellent and I am very happy about the treatment done here. I feel like a family here. I am very much satisfied with the whole OPD staff was very nice. Especially the nursing staff and the operations staff was very good. I had a very positive experience at the Gastroenterology Department. All the staff were very good and extremely friendly. Special mention to Dr. Rosh OPD staff, Akila Sreejith, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and had the best communication I have ever experienced. The hospital area was well cleaned and maintained, and the Endoscopy Department service was truly amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Its been about one year since i have been getting cancer treatment from Rajagiri Hospital. All the services are very good. The hospitality by nurses and all the staff during all my visits, surgery and radiation was excellent. Sisters are very caring. I would like to make a special note for the staff in Maldivian desk who are very, supportive and caring, specially Nikitha is always on standby no matter how hard and tough it is. I have witnessed how much patience she has even dealing with frustrated and furious patients, ultimately calming them and giving satisfaction to them through the sevices of Hospital. She handles all the issues related to Maldivian desk with love, care and dedication. Thank you so much Nikitha and team, also the wonderful management of Raajagiri hospital.
